We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Toyota Finance Specialist to join our high-performing team.
About the Role
We have a fantastic finance culture across the entire dealership — our team consistently achieves over 60% finance penetration and is proudly ranked number one in the region. The right person will be stepping into an exciting and rewarding opportunity within a proven, high-performing environment.
As a Finance Specialist, you'll work closely with our sales team and customers to provide tailored finance and insurance solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional end-to-end buying experience — from first contact through to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance options in line with Toyota Finance guidelines
- Support the sales team with finance, quoting and closing deals.
- Ensure compliance with all finance and insurance regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring transparency and trust
- Proactively follow up on leads and referrals to maximise opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance (Toyota Finance experience highly regarded) – Previous experience is essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
- A driven and professional approach with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
