**About the role**:

- Greeting customers when they attend the dealership
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
- setting up loaner cars and verifying insurance before maintenance is scheduled.
- Other ADHOC duties when advised

**About you**:

- An outgoing personality with the ability to work under pressure
- Has honesty and integrity in their work
- Can demonstrate the proficiency to be on time
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times

**Previous skills and knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer system

**About the Traineeship**:

- A mentor to guide you through your traineeship
- TAFE fees reimbursed on completion of units
- A certificate III in Business after completion of your studies
- Access to our EAP
