Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the elderly? AHP's NSW team is expanding, and we're seeking a dedicated professional to join our Illawarra team on a part-time basis.
Location:
Illawarra, Unanderra, Shellharbour and surrounds available NSW.
Salary:
$90-100,000 pro-rata (Depending on experience) + superannuation + employee benefits
Start date:
Commence in September or October 2025.
Roster:
Permanent part-time - Flexible start and finish times: Work any two days between Monday to Friday, change your roster when required. Or we have contracting/consultant work available - enquire today.
The role:
In this role, you'll manage a clinical portfolio, providing essential services to residents in residential aged care. Services may aim to improve, communication, cognitive functioning, swallowing, language, articulation disorders and social skills. In addition, provide safe swallowing strategies to clients and carers, educate client on appropriate swallowing technique.

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in speech pathology, preferably in aged care. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- SPA registration.
- Two successful clinical references.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (can apply after interview) + National Police Check (within the last two years).
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Flu 2025 Shot, and at least two COVID-19 vaccinations plus one booster.
- Full working rights in Australia (no employer sponsorships required).
