Speech Pathologist

Our client delivers innovative neurodevelopmental and mental health services for children and young people. Their fully integrated model brings together paediatricians, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to provide coordinated, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and their families.
They are seeking enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to join their Sydney clinic (Norwest). In this role, you'll work across both clinic and community settings, providing therapy and support for children and adolescents with developmental delays, autism, and other neurodivergent needs.

What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct speech and language assessments and deliver tailored therapy
- Work closely with families, schools, and early learning centres
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate records in line with NDIS standards
- Apply evidence-based interventions suited to each child's needs
What You'll Need
- Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA registration
- Experience with children/adolescents (1+ year preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- CPR, First Aid, Police Check & WWCC
- Full working rights in Australia
