Speech Pathologist – Telehealth

Full-Time | Fully Remote | $85K–$120K + Super

About the Company

This is a practice where connection, innovation, and work-life balance are at the heart of everything they do. As a fully remote, family-run clinic, the team is committed to creating an environment where speech pathologists feel supported, valued, and empowered.

With a strong focus on clinical excellence and flexibility, therapists enjoy the freedom to shape their schedules while being backed by robust systems and ongoing support. You'll be joining a team that understands the realities of the profession—and is reshaping it for the better.

About the Founder

This practice was founded by a speech pathologist who experienced firsthand the challenges of burnout and a system that often overlooks clinicians' wellbeing. Her vision was to create a values-driven workplace where therapists are supported both personally and professionally. That vision is now a reality—fostering collaboration, flexibility, and purpose-driven work in a culture where clinicians truly thrive.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Six telehealth sessions per day: 45 minutes of therapy plus 15 minutes for notes, planning, and admin
  • All work is recognised: reports, parent discussions, and emails all count towards KPIs
  • Collaborative practice: working with families, educators, and other professionals
  • Built-in support: weekly 1:1 check-ins, team meetings, and a dedicated PD Club to stay connected and growing

The Role

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy via telehealth (paediatrics, adults, or both)
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Manage a full-time caseload with the flexibility to shape your day and working style
  • Access a wide range of ready-to-use resources, with the freedom to create your own
  • Focus on clinical care—administration, billing, and scheduling are fully supported

Why This Role Is Different

  • Therapist-first approach
: realistic KPIs, protected therapy time, and strong admin support
  • Supportive culture
: mentoring, PD Club, and regular team check-ins to foster connection
  • Flexibility and balance
: work remotely with adaptable schedules and no commuting
  • Growth and development
: pursue your clinical interests with mentorship, PD, and innovation opportunities
  • Future-focused telehealth
: dynamic resources, premium tools, and strong systems

Who We're Looking For

  • Speech Pathologist with 2+ years' experience
  • Confident working in a telehealth-first model
  • Organised, compassionate, and clinically strong
  • Looking for a role where wellbeing is valued alongside performance
  • Ideally available to start within 4 weeks
