About The Role:
- Adult NDIS caseload. Open to a mixed caseload (adults & paediatrics) if that is of interest to you.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in NDIS service delivery is required.
- Part-time position, with potential to increase to full-time if desired.
- Flexible working arrangements- work from home during the hours that work around your family & personal arrangements.
- Mobile role: visit home, day programs, clinic sessions or Telehealth (online).
- Achievable billable targets below industry standard, to foster greater work/life balance and time for professional development.

- Internal and external supervision opportunities to help you grow in your areas of interest.

About Our Clients: We work with a wide range of clients, including neurodivergent participants and autistic ADHDers, people with psychosocial, mental health diagnoses, progressive neurological conditions, and intellectual disabilities. Currently our participants' ages range from between 13 to 60 years old, though most are adults.
Experience with neurodivergent clients is preferred but not essential for this role.
About You:

Requirements:
- A Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
- 2 + years as a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist.
- A member of SPA with Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status or Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
You have access to a vehicle to attend community sessions.
Current working with children check and criminal history check.
- Current NDIS Worker screening clearance or willing to obtain one.
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
