About Us:

Elara Allied Health is a mobile service provider offering speech pathology services to clients in the comfort of their homes, as well as in schools, daycares, and preschools. We are committed to providing high-quality, individualised care to support the communication and development needs of our clients, with a soon-to-be clinic to expand our services, opening in January 2026

Elara Allied Health pride themselves on their relationships with various facilities including gyms, women's shelters, schools and preschools. Elara Allied Health runs various programs in these facilities where you can experience and engage in activities away from typical therapy sessions.

Position: Speech Pathologist

Location: Mobile – visits to homes, schools, daycares, and preschools, with soon-to-be clinic opening in January 2026.

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and provide diagnoses for speech, language, and communication disorders.

- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.

- Provide therapy services to children in various settings, including homes, schools, daycares, and preschools.

- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support the needs of clients.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.

- Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) registration.

- Experience working with children with speech and language disorders is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
