About the role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will:

  • Provide assessment and therapy for children and adults with communication and swallowing needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centred treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor and support Allied Health Assistants to deliver ongoing therapy.
  • Contribute to innovative models of care that make therapies more accessible.
What we're looking for
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Current SPA membership and Working With Children/NDIS Worker Check.
  • Compassionate, creative, and flexible approach to therapy.
