Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoices, payments & tenant accounts.
- Assist with budgets, reports & reconciliations.
- Support lease admin & accurate record keeping.
- Provide admin & customer service support to the centre team.
About You
You're organised, detail-driven and confident with numbers. You enjoy working in a busy environment where no two days are the same and pride yourself on accuracy and communication. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Finance or accounts experience (payables/receivables a bonus).
- Strong admin & Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Property or lease admin experience is welcomed, but not essential.
