About Qaali Real Estate

Qaali Real Estate is a growing independent agency expanding across Queensland.

We are offering a 6-month partnership program for licensed and experienced real-estate professionals seeking flexible, commission-based opportunities.

This role allows you to work remotely, manage your own clients, and earn generous commissions while receiving full brand, marketing, and administrative support.

What We Offer

30% commission on all property sales you bring

1% weekly share on rental managements you secure

6-month renewable partnership (with potential for long-term collaboration)

No start-up costs or franchise fees

Marketing, mentorship, and admin support provided

Requirements

  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
  • Experience in sales or property management (preferred)
  • Strong communication and professional presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and client-focused
