We are looking for creative and skilled Sous Chef positions to assist our team in running this beachfront restaurant.

The successful applicant will be someone who is passionate about their work, is a dedicated team player, who has demonstrated experience in a similar working environment and who is keen to adapt in these ever changing times.

Working at Enzo's on the Beach, you will be rewarded with excellent working conditions (including NO split shifts) and a fun and dynamic environment.

The applicant must have experience with very high volume kitchens as well as have the following attributes;

  • have a love for hospitality

  • be passionate about food

  • experience in a similar role

  • be a valuable member of the team

  • have great hygiene practices

  • be a team player and take pride in their work

  • be able to work well under pressure

  • love what they do

  • be a great communicator

  • be punctual and reliable

  • be able to work quickly in a fast paced kitchen

  • supervise food preparation and plating to ensure the highest food standards in cooking techniques, quality and consistency are met and maintained

  • ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is maintained

  • keen eye for presentation and attention to detail

  • experience in bulk cooking

  • motivational qualities

  • ability to multitask
