We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to take ownership of a high-profile retail portfolio — managing some of Australia's most recognised retailers and driving performance across multiple categories.

You'll thrive here if you love complexity, pace, and the challenge of managing diverse retail partners with different strategies and needs.

This is a full time fixed term position (12 months).

What you'll do:

  • Lead business development and account management for a major retail portfolio.
  • Deliver sales growth through strong relationships, commercial insight and data-led decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Planning and Supply to deliver on sales, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Analyse sell-in / sell-through data and use insights to drive strategy and execution.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' sales experience in FMCG, retail or apparel.
  • Proven success managing national accounts or major retail chains.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Excellent relationships across key trade partners.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills — you know how to get results fast.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
