Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Vicorian Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management.

In this role you will be mainly looking after the Health, Corporate & Performance Segment in Victoria. 

In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Melbourne Metro. 

Your Impact

As a key contributor to our sales team, you will:

    • Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets across B2B and B2C channels
    • Develop new business opportunities and maximise market potential
    • Generate leads, manage customer profiles, and maintain CRM accuracy
    • Strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
    • Provide market insights and feedback on segment trends
    • Conduct regular customer and prospect visits in line with our sales standards
About You

You're passionate about healthness, proactive and enthusiastic. With a positive mindset and strong organisational skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments and bring energy to everything you do.

This role suits someone with experience in medical sales or allied health background, looking for the next step in their career. 

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and business development
  • experience in selling sophisticated solutions with digital components 
  • Proven ability to manage complex deals and sell tailored solutions
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Solid CRM experience; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • A results-driven approach with excellent communication and presentation skills
