About the Position

As a Fleet Operations Coordinator, your day will include:


• Coordinating daily operations of a 4-truck local fleet


• Scheduling and monitoring fleet movements for safety and efficiency


• Supporting the loading/unloading process to maintain workflow


• Managing operational administration, tracking, and reporting


• Resolving issues and escalating customer concerns as needed

Key Responsibilities Include


• Plan and dispatch daily vehicle movements


• Maintain accurate transport and delivery records


• Act as the first point of contact for drivers and customers


• Support driver compliance with safety and operational protocols


• Identify and escalate operational delays or delivery issues

Skills and Experience Required


• Experience in a transport or logistics coordination role


• Familiarity with fleet tracking or TMS (Transport Management Systems)


• Ability to prioritise and resolve day-to-day operational issues


• High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills


• Clear communication skills and customer service orientation
