- Opportunities to grow across a global logistics network.
- A role where your work has national impact.

As an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be central to ensuring our inventory records and processes meet Defence requirements. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:

- Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.
- Document all stock movements and ensure compliance with WMS and Defence standards.
- Generate reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and optimisation teams to deliver seamless inventory operations.
- Assist with training and knowledge sharing to strengthen inventory management capability across the team.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for motivated professionals who bring:

- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (Defence or logistics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems, stock control, and reconciliation procedures.
- High attention to detail, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication ability.
- Knowledge of WHS and compliance standards in warehousing.
- A tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
- Lean or Six Sigma exposure (advantageous).
- A valid driver’s licence (C class).

Eligibility to make the grade

To apply for this role, you must:

- Be an Australian Citizen.
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Defence Security Clearance.
- Be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including criminal history, medical, and other background assessments.
