The Role
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to join our team.
As the MCS, you will work closely with the Principal to manage the strategic and day-to-day financial, physical and human resource aspects of the school's business operations. To be successful in this role, you will ensure that effective financial administration of the school's business operations is delivered, including financial planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting to ensure achievement of the school's strategic and corporate financial objectives.
We are looking for applicants with well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic financial leader and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will ideally be flexible and reliable and able to work independently.
The successful applicant will ideally work with the Administration Team to develop a strong team ethos, and a solution focussed outlook centred on delivering improved outcomes. The MCS is intrinsically involved in the implementation of the school's Business Plan and the implementation of changes necessary for the progression of our priorities.
We highly value applicants who have a broad understanding of relevant legislation, reporting and governance requirements relating to the role, and effectively demonstrate the ability to lead a team of school support staff. Experience and expertise in infrastructure management, maintenance and works projects would be advantageous.

- Demonstrated well developed problem solving and risk management skills, including the ability to provide innovative solutions to strategic and complex problems and issues.
