About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing full-scale implementations and will be responsible for resolving issues and working with internal stakeholders to ensure mitigation plans are in place, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives, work with leading technologies (including Salesforce, Mulesoft, Tableau, and AI/ML), and help shape the future of our clients' services and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organisation, and translate that knowledge into recommended solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.
  • Utilise various techniques to gather, track, and analyse the requirements.
  • Produce project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, key operating procedures, Visio workflows, etc.
  • Provide client references by creating user documentation; providing help desk support & client training.
  • Participate in client meetings and client stakeholders as well as internal meetings.
  • Provide functional support to developers and the QA team.
  • Responsible for resolving issues and working with internal stakeholders to ensure mitigation plans are in place.
  • Act as an intermediary between the client and the development team.
  • Demonstrate solution functionality to client stakeholders.
  • Design and lead end-user acceptance testing.
  • Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts.
  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analysing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of experience with business analytics
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior level functional team members
  • Ability to independently manage full-scale implementations
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid judgement and the ability to accomplish goals.
  • Experience working with internal and international teams as well as external clients.
  • Experience working with IT developers to deliver new systems to improve processes.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Cloud based project experience highly preferred
  • Expansive agile implementation experience
  • Salesforce project experience preferred
