About the role
Tuff Australia, a leading manufacturer of high-quality bullbars, is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join their team based in Toowoomba, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for the company's range of innovative products.
Candidates must have current Australian work authorisation as visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy, including branding, digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events
- Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels, such as the company website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and use insights to optimise future strategies
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics 4 is essential for this role
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Passion for the automotive industry and a keen understanding of the needs and behaviours of our target customers
- Strong manufacturing industry background with comprehensive understanding of automotive sector operations and customer requirements
