Position Details

This position is responsible for coordinating the marketing function of both brands. It is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is driven to deeply understand our customers, deliver exceptional marketing campaigns and manage administrative duties efficiently.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to:
     General Manager
  • Works closely with:
     Sales Team, Design Team, and Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing & lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, scheduling, and internal communications.
  • Maintain the contact database and deliver targeted campaigns by online, social, email, SMS, and phone.
  • Prepare and publish approved digital content.
  • Manage and update company websites.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and design resources.
  • Support budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Proofread content and support quality assurance tasks.
  • Maintain and update marketing tools, sales assets, and templates.
  • Create visual assets using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
  • Act as the follow-up manager to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
