Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth and profitable operation of our store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, staff performance, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage store staff.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Sales & Revenue
  • Meet or exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques among staff.
  • Inventory & Merchandising
  • Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and ordering processes.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Coordinate with visual merchandisers to implement brand guidelines.
  • Operations
  • Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor loss prevention and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Prepare and submit operational and financial reports.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Assist in planning and managing the store's budget.
  • Control expenses and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail management, including sales principles and inventory practices.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's egree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
