About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-

to-day operations of our combined petrol station, Kitchen and grocery store. The

ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of retail

operations, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and customer service

efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the petrol station and grocery

retail areas.

 Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer

demands.

 Supervise, train, and coordinate staff, including rostering and performance

management.

 Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase

sales.

 Maintain inventory control, ensure product quality, and manage supplier

relationships.

 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

 Oversee fuel deliveries, pricing adjustments, and point-of-sale system

updates.

 Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Skills & Experience Required:

 Previous experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager in a petrol

station, supermarket, or convenience store.

 Strong organisational and leadership abilities.

 Good understanding of stock management, sales reporting, and staff

supervision.

 Excellent customer service and communication skills.

 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

 Relevant qualification in Business, Management, or Retail (desirable).
