We are currently seeking a Part-time Merchandiser to represent our brands.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our Western Australia team on a 12-month maternity cover.

If you enjoy working independently, building great relationships, and creating beautiful in-store product displays — this could be the perfect role for you

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per fortnight (with flexibility to increase hours as needed). You'll work 3 days per week and must have access to your own vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Replenish stock and merchandise products to brand standards
  • Maintain and refresh current displays
  • Set up new product displays and visual merchandising layouts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store teams
  • Represent the Citizen brand with pride and professionalism

You'll have the support of your Team Leader, Sales Executive, and Sales Manager, but success in this role comes from working independently and taking ownership of your territory.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in merchandising and/or retail (preferred)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building ability
  • Confidence using technology (e.g. apps, reporting tools)
  • Reliable vehicle and a valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • A proactive, adaptable, and accountable work style
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
