At Krispy Kreme, we don't just make doughnuts – we create moments of joy. Since opening our first store in 2003, we have been spreading smiles across Australia and New Zealand with our handcrafted, melt-in-your-mouth treats.
We are looking for a Senior IT Manager who will be responsible for both shaping and executing the IT strategy for Krispy Kreme ANZ. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring our technology environment supports and enables our broader business goals.

This includes managing relationships with hardware and software providers and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
The role leads a small IT team and is directly involved in the planning and execution of IT projects—balancing high-level oversight with active, day-to-day involvement in delivery. It is accountable for the performance, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure, while also guiding and supporting the team responsible for its maintenance.
In this fantastic role you will be responsible for:
- Shaping and executing Krispy Kreme's IT strategy in alignment with business priorities
- Overseeing the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of Krispy Kreme IT systems and infrastructure
- Providing advice to the Leadership Team on the application and use of IT, including opportunities and risks
- Leading the planning and management of IT budget, infrastructure and systems
- Establishing and maintaining robust cybersecurity practices, policies and compliance across ANZ
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure reliable service delivery. Lead and inspire a team of two direct reports and various 3rd parties to deliver on organisational Technology Projects and IT Support Operations.
We embrace individuality and foster a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard and valued. We train for skills, however there are just some things we need from you:
- A strong working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Oracle EBS.
- A background in IT Service Management, Account Management and People Leadership
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software) and IT infrastructure.
- Strong experience in controlling IT budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
- Excellent organisational, communication, leadership and influencing skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and culturally diverse workplace
- High level of integrity and dedication to ethical business practices
- Confidence, passion and enthusiasm about the customer experience and the Krispy Kreme Brand.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in IT or related discipline
- Industry related certifications such as ITIL, PMP, MSP, Prince2, Agile are desirable
- 7+ years' experience in a strategic IT role preferably within the Retail service industry or Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- Experience with the most current IT systems and technologies
