About the Role

You'll provide coordination, logistics, delivery, and administrative support for chapter-based awards and prizes programs across assigned states and territories, while maintaining alignment with national frameworks. You'll work closely with Awards Committees to deliver consistent, high-quality programs that celebrate regional architectural excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Support and coordinate Awards & Prizes committees, including meetings, recordkeeping, and volunteer onboarding
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end awards and major events, managing logistics, suppliers, venues, registrations, and communications
  • Train and guide committee chairs and members on processes, standards, and program requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, communications, finance) and external stakeholders (venues, sponsors, suppliers) to ensure seamless event execution
  • Prepare and distribute event materials, including programs, certificates, and promotional collateral
  • Ensure compliance with policies, risk management, and safety standards, and provide post-event evaluation and reporting
  • Manage program and event budgets and monitor expenditure

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (project coordination, business administration, architecture, or related discipline), or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in program coordination, project support, or administrative roles, preferably within professional associations
  • Previous experience in events coordination or awards administration
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
