About the role

Doncaster Jaguar Land Rover is seeking to appoint a Service Concierge to join our growing service team. As a Service Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their luxury vehicles from the very moment they enter our service driveway. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with leading luxury automotive brands in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide outstanding customer service, by meeting and greeting customers on their arrival.
  • Liaise with Service Advisors and workshop staff to communicate the customer needs, requirements, or updates.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist, or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or department.
  • Ensuring all customers receive the highest levels of service in a modern luxury environment.
  • Assist with invoicing, scheduling bookings, and other administrative duties as required
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to support the service process
