Reporting to the Group Manager Facilities the Site Facilities Manager oversees facilities operations across designated campuses, ensuring built assets are compliant, safe and maintained to the highest standard. Each role is responsible for leading a team of in-house trades, administrators and contractors, managing preventative and reactive maintenance programs, and contributing to strategic asset management and minor capital works delivery.

The positions require strong leadership and relationship management skills, with accountability for budgets, compliance, risk management and system performance across critical healthcare infrastructure.. While healthcare or aged care experience is highly valued, we welcome applications from leaders in other complex facilities environments who bring the right mix of technical expertise and stakeholder engagement capability.

We are seeking candidates with proven experience leading multidisciplinary facilities teams, a sound understanding of compliance and risk management, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach aligned to Epworth's values.
