You will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio, which may include Tier 1 site coverage/support, providing an excellent platform for learning and future career advancement. This role is based at the Tullamarine site full-time, where you will work closely with the on-site Facilities Manager. An Overview of the role: Deliver customer and property services to an allocated portfolioDevelop and manage relationships with occupiers and clientsConduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframesEnsure compliance with regulations, client contracts, and facilities proceduresManage administration and organize information for senior managementCoordinate facilities works with vendors and JLL Projects & Development ServicesMonitor and manage Help Desk / service outputs to meet or exceed KPIsSupport facilities-related projects within agreed budgets and work plansPromote teamwork and performance excellence across the portfolioSounds like you?
