Our in-house manufacturing capability is a key pillar of our success, and we're now seeking an experienced Machinist with strong 5-axis CNC machining and programming skills to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on machining role where your work will directly contribute to race car performance on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centres
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models
  • Create and modify CNC programs using NX CAM and other CAM software
  • Operate and program using Mazatrol (Mazak controls) systems
  • Machine a variety of precision components, maintaining tight tolerances
  • Perform in-process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and race engineers to meet production timelines
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong focus on 5-axis machining
  • High level of competence in CNC programming, particularly using NX (Siemens NX) and Mazatrol (Mazak controls)
  • Strong understanding of motorsport components, high-performance parts, or automotive manufacturing (highly desirable)
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and 3D models
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and team-oriented attitude
