Our in-house manufacturing capability is a key pillar of our success, and we're now seeking an experienced Machinist with strong 5-axis CNC machining and programming skills to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on machining role where your work will directly contribute to race car performance on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centres
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models
- Create and modify CNC programs using NX CAM and other CAM software
- Operate and program using Mazatrol (Mazak controls) systems
- Machine a variety of precision components, maintaining tight tolerances
- Perform in-process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and race engineers to meet production timelines
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong focus on 5-axis machining
- High level of competence in CNC programming, particularly using NX (Siemens NX) and Mazatrol (Mazak controls)
- Strong understanding of motorsport components, high-performance parts, or automotive manufacturing (highly desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and 3D models
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
