Roles Available
  • Apprentice & Commis Chefs – learn fast, get real responsibility, master the classics and seafood prep.
  • CDP & Senior CDP – own a section, lead service standards, contribute new dishes.
  • Sous & Head Chef – drive quality, mentor the team, shape menus and systems.

Employment types: casual, part-time, and full-time.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver smart, consistent plates using the freshest local seafood and peak-season produce.
  • Keep standards tight: prep, service, cleanliness, HACCP/food safety.
  • Bring ideas: evolve dishes, specials, and systems with the leadership team.
  • Thrive in a fast, small-kitchen environment where your skill actually shows.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in a similar role (CDP+ desirable for mid/senior roles).
  • A genuine love for food, detail, and pace.
  • Reliability and professionalism—on the pass and in the prep room.
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S/WHS and safe food handling.
