Landsborough Hotel has a reputation for excellent food and we are looking for a full time Demi Chef to join our team.

About the role

Reporting to our long term Head Chef, you will have a focus on customer satisfaction and service.  The successful applicant will be a hands on part of the team who can provide a high quality and consistent product to our wonderful customers.

Skills and experience

Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery and prior experience in a similar role required.  You will also have a commitment to high standards of kitchen prep, plating and food safety standards.  Grill experience would be highly regarded.
