The opportunity…

This is a dynamic leadership opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to shape and drive strategic initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. As Marketing Team Lead, you'll oversee a team of marketing specialists, aligning marketing efforts with commercial priorities and market needs. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, driving lead acquisition, and supporting measurable business growth through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a hybrid role based at our Belrose office. You will be expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives on elevating others and building strong, collaborative teams. The ideal candidate is people-focused, highly organised, and brings exceptional project management skills. With proven experience leading teams and a track record of delivering measurable marketing performance, they'll drive impactful initiatives while fostering a supportive and high-performance culture.

Experience required:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with leadership responsibility for a team.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies across ANZ and/or Asia.
• Strong background in campaign development, account-based marketing, and event management.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and adapting global strategies for local markets.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and performance reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 7+ years marketing experience
• Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or related industry is highly desirable.
