We’re looking for a Social Media and Content Coordinator to join our high performing & dynamic team based in Belrose on the Sydney Northern Beaches.

**About Us**

Milkbar is a rapidly growing ecommerce and distributor to 500 retailers throughout Australia and we are looking for a Social Media and Content Coordinator who is passionate about breastfeeding, connecting with others and marketing to help support and grow our community of mums.

**About the position**
- Participate in the content strategy and development of our promotional calendar in conjunction with our marketing team
- Create and edit content for our various platforms and managing this from start to delivery
- Management of all social media channels including daily posts and connecting with followers to build our community online
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase our brand awareness and sales
- Creating landing pages and blog articles as required in line with the voice of our brand
- Reporting inorder to monitor and ensure KPIs are met

**Experience**
- Knowledge and experience with organic content creation on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn
- Has a minimum of 2 years experience with managing social media for an ecommerce product based brand
- Strong copywriting skills
- Must be passionate about supporting breastfeeding mums. Personal parenting experience is a bonus
- Loves to connect with others and can show compassion with mums facing breastfeeding challenges

This position is open to Australian permanent residents only. This is not a remote only role. While we do offer flexible/working from home arrangements it is important for our team to work in collaboration. Must be able to commute to our office in Belrose on the Sydney Northern Beaches.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
