A rare and prized opportunity for an outstanding commercially astute Sales/Account Manager with strong experience in brand management to join an industry leading organisation

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager with strong experience in brand management to drive sales, deepen customer relationships and help shape the strategic direction of our growing portfolio, with a focus on the export market.

This is a full-time role, based in our newly renovated head office in Belrose, from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales growth through the effective use of marketing programs, brand management, product knowledge, and sales strategies
  • Maintain the existing customers including receiving and processing sales orders; liaise with and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner;
  • Develop new or potential clients and channels through effective brand management strategies;
  • Compile and prepare monthly sales reports for management review
  • Expedite orders by liaising with internal departments to ensure timely processing
  • Direct customer feedback to the appropriate departments to support service improvement
  • Assist to new products development
  • Having industry knowledge and analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth, etc
  • Ad hoc duties

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant industry such as pharmaceuticals, V&S, or FMCG
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales/account management experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of Vitamins & Supplements Markets in China and SEA
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Vitamins & Supplements Markets in China and SEA is a mandatory requirement
  • Strong understanding and experiences of brand management, preferably in FMCG
  • Qualifications in a business-related discipline or demonstrated sales experience
  • A Certificate or Diploma level qualification is the minimum education requirement for this role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on, proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is advantage
  • Junior Sales Representatives with overseas experience, or individuals with a passion to grow their career in export sales, are welcome to apply
