A rare and prized opportunity for an outstanding commercially astute Sales/Account Manager with strong experience in brand management to join an industry leading organisation
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager with strong experience in brand management to drive sales, deepen customer relationships and help shape the strategic direction of our growing portfolio, with a focus on the export market.
This is a full-time role, based in our newly renovated head office in Belrose, from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth through the effective use of marketing programs, brand management, product knowledge, and sales strategies
- Maintain the existing customers including receiving and processing sales orders; liaise with and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner;
- Develop new or potential clients and channels through effective brand management strategies;
- Compile and prepare monthly sales reports for management review
- Expedite orders by liaising with internal departments to ensure timely processing
- Direct customer feedback to the appropriate departments to support service improvement
- Assist to new products development
- Having industry knowledge and analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth, etc
- Ad hoc duties
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant industry such as pharmaceuticals, V&S, or FMCG
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales/account management experience is required
- Strong knowledge of Vitamins & Supplements Markets in China and SEA
- Comprehensive knowledge of Vitamins & Supplements Markets in China and SEA is a mandatory requirement
- Strong understanding and experiences of brand management, preferably in FMCG
- Qualifications in a business-related discipline or demonstrated sales experience
- A Certificate or Diploma level qualification is the minimum education requirement for this role
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms
- Strategic thinker with hands-on, proactive approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is advantage
