We are launching an exciting new initiative — the Laurus Student Concierge Team — dedicated to supporting and engaging our student community.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Engagement & Concierge Officer to join this new and impactful team. You will play a vital role in boosting student retention, providing personal support, and promoting further study opportunities within Laurus Education.

This is a highly interactive position where you will work directly with students, internal teams, and education agents, ensuring a positive and smooth student journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities


• Visit classrooms to engage with students and promote support services, events, and special offers.


• Assist students with course enrollments, application forms, offer letters, deposits, and payment processes.


• Collaborate closely with education agents to nurture long-term partnerships and provide exceptional service.


• Be available (on a rostered basis) to offer limited after-hours assistance in case of student emergencies.


• Support internal marketing initiatives aimed at driving student engagement and retention.


• Work cross-functionally with other Laurus teams to streamline the student lifecycle and improve the student experience.

About You


• Previous experience working within an RTO (Registered Training Organisation) is essential.


• Strong knowledge of student lifecycle processes and an understanding of education marketing funnels.


• A bubbly, outgoing personality who thrives on helping others and building strong relationships.


• A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and offer practical solutions.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a student-first attitude.


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


• Willingness to be part of an after-hours support roster (emergency assistance only).
