We have an opportunity for an experienced Office Services Assistant to join our team in Brisbane. 

More about the role and the team

  • Join a national firm and be a vital link between teams and other branches, as well as liaising directly with internal stakeholders, clients, and service providers.

  • This is a hands-on role assisting in all day-to-day Office Services and Premises tasks and functions in the Brisbane office and ensuring services are delivered to a high standard.

  • A diverse role, your duties will include, sorting and distribution of all mail, stocking and servicing of the utility areas, cleaning and stocking kitchens on all floors, reception relief cover (lunches and annual/sick leave), back up support to other areas within the team, court deliveries and copying, function room set up and clean up.

More about you

  • We are seeking applications from experienced Office Coordinators or Office Assistants looking to take the next step in their career.

  • You must have experience in a corporate, professional, or legal office environment to be successful in this role.

  • The role is permanent, full-time, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
