We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in personal injury law, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the legal field and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lawyers with case management, including organising and maintaining files, documents, and records.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, and handling mail.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
