We are a highly motivated, experienced and innovative team and we support our people to be their best. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our dedicated Teachers and Childcare Educators.

Our Centre Director plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding learning experiences and outcomes in a safe and secure environment through leadership, collaboration, and nurturing.

This role comes with a competitive remuneration package of: $105, ,000 per annum + $10,000 sign-on bonus + $5,000 relocation allowance (based on experience).

About the Role

Working closely with your team of teachers and educators, 
you will be empowered to:

  • Lead a professional team of teachers & educators
     to create a safe and secure environment where children are encouraged to be brave, curious, and imaginative in their learning
  • Build lasting and meaningful relationships with families
    , ensuring they feel informed and confident that their children are receiving the highest quality education and care
  • Lead decisions
    about resourcing, maintaining and innovating within the educational environments for children
  • Develop an exceptional culture of quality and safety
    , making our centre the preferred choice in our community

  • Utilise your leadership and business skills

  • Collaborate with professional educators and teachers
     through workshops and meetings to share best practice and innovate in the context of ECEC programs.

About You

We are seeking applicants who have;

  • Completed a Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre as a Centre Director
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Budget and financial accountability experience
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and a working with children check.
