**About the Centre**
This is an incredible opportunity for a Centre Manager, or if you're a assistant director who would like the opportunity to grow into a centre manager position for a respectable organisation known for the empathy and care towards the team, than this role is for you

We are in search for a compassionate and dedicated leader to be part of the team to help assist the enthusiastic educators and teachers to create meaningful programs and impactful relationships with the little learners to help them grow and thrive within their development.

To help with your creativity and vision, you will get to work collaboratively and closely with the area manager along with the other centre managers in sharing of ideas for succession planning.

As the organisation is very much about quality priding itself on creating a supportive working environment for the team and the children, the facility is centered around providing an engaging curriculum for the children as well as around supporting the educators, for both the team as well as the families to feel happy within the environment.

**Skills and Experience**
- **MUST **have worked in an early childhood service or preschool within Australia.
- Have minimum of 1 years experience as a Assistant Director.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Ability to assist with mentoring the kindergarten and below 3's program
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- A professional and empathetic approach toward families
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-educators

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood / Diploma of Children Services or equivalent qualification -** MUST** be approved by ACECQA
- **Minimum 1 **year experience as a centre manager
- Or, **MUST** have 2 year’s experience as an assistant manager
- Current First aid
- Current Anaphylaxis
- Current Asthma qualifications
- Current VIT / WWCC
