Sales Engineer - Energy & Infrastructure - Full Time - Perth City, Australia

We are looking for a Sales Engineer - Energy & Infrastructure to join our FE_Energy team in Australia .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement across Australia & Oceania, fostering strong relationships through direct and digital interactions.
- Execute strategic sales and marketing activities aligned with sustainability, digital innovation, and energy transition initiatives.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and project requirements.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and high-growth sectors.
- Maintain performance reporting, contribute to continuous improvement, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate across global and local teams to drive innovation, share insights, and enhance customer-centric solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Industry-related experience, including complex tenders and contract negotiation.
- Background in quality assurance/management and knowledge of quality standards systems.
- Trusted relationship and stakeholder management, customer-oriented mindset.
- Business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
- Clear communication, strong negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to travel regularly for customer visits
