On behalf of our Automotive retail client, NES Fircroft is recruiting a Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join their Accounts Payable Team in a long-term role. Working arrangement is hybrid with flexible work from home schedule - 38 hours per week.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer will be responsible for:

  • Individual vendor responsibility
  • Role encompasses processing of invoices and generating payments
  • Weekly and monthly vendor statement reconciliation
  • Active communication with internal staff and vendors

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Capable of accurately processing a high volume of invoices
  • Must have the confidence to communication and develop supplier relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, organisation and time management skills are essential
