About the opportunity

As a Receptionist you’ll be benefiting from exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go.

Responsibilities

- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression.

- Book and amend appointments, answer the phone, and update patient records.

- Handle payments.

- Access sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality.

- Provide high‑end patient care; build and maintain relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner.

- Support the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.

Who we’re looking for

- Available to work Monday to Friday in a brand‑new Mental Health clinic.

- Previous receptionist experience in a psychology or medical clinic is desirable.

- Studying or have studied Bachelor of Psychology will be highly regarded.

- A commitment to delivering high‑quality care and service innovation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen.
