About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Receptionist, to join our busy IsuzuService Department located in Warwick Farm on a full-time basis.

The role will involve the following:

- Answer and directing incoming calls
- Greet and welcome guests on arrival
- Assisting potential clients with enquiries
- Booking vehicles in for a service and recalls in ERA and Excel
- General administration support duties

The successful candidate will need the following:

- Proven reception experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
