Get to know the Role:

Border Express currently has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and motivated Fleet Allocator to join the team at our Sydney Branch.

Duties:

  • Manage fleet allocations;
  • Monitor loads to ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements;
  • Ensure all allocations and dispatch operations are performed at the highest service level;
  • Coordinate the flow of paperwork ensuring a high level of accuracy;
  • Understanding client needs and be proactive in meeting current and future requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience allocating fleet within the transport industry;
  • Previous experience in pick up / radio room is essential;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to problem solve with great attention to detail;
  • 100% commitment to deliver high customer service, every time;
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
  • Must have a forklift license
  • Possess a strong team and work ethic.
