Jason Windows employs over 300 employees, operates out of our purpose built premises in Welshpool and has an office in Bunbury supporting the South-West region. It is widely recognised for its premium aluminium window and door products in the WA market.

Position Background
An opportunity for a part time receptionist has become available at Jason Windows. This role requires the person to be able to work Monday and Wednesday with a start time of 8am and finish time of 5pm inclusive of lunch and afternoon breaks. The ability to cover annual leave on other days is also ideal. The position will be a job share arrangement. You will be fully trained on the tasks of the role. This role is primarily responsible for looking after all the needs of reception, including showroom and general visitors and incoming phone queries that are diverted to reception and general administration tasks. We are looking for a person who suits our customer service expectations and can manage and prioritise their day.
Duties in this role will include:
  • Managing the Switchboard
  • Welcoming all visitors and customers to Jason Windows
  • Outgoing and incoming mail
  • Managing the daily house key mail out
  • Administrative duties
  • Ensuring Reception area is always clean and presentable
