About the Role

Join Perth Ceramic Coating as our front-of-house champion We're seeking an experienced Receptionist/Sales Advisor to be the welcoming face of our high-quality automotive detailing business. Starting with 3 days per week, this role offers excellent growth potential to full-time hours as our business expands.

What You'll Do
- **Client Relations**: Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and online with professionalism and warmth
- **Appointment Management**: Schedule appointments and efficiently manage our booking system
- **Service Expertise**: Provide accurate information on our premium services including detailing, window tinting, and ceramic coating
- **Sales Support**: Create and explain detailed service estimates and invoices to customers
- **Coordination**: Liaise between customers and our skilled technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
- **Operations**: Handle payments, manage paperwork, and maintain daily shop organization

What We're Looking For

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (service advisor, receptionist in automotive services, etc.)
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work style

**Highly Desirable**:

- Basic understanding of automotive detailing, window tinting, and ceramic coating services
