The group is growing Our clients next fitness facility is set to open in Melbourne's North-West Suburbs, and we're looking for an energetic, people-focused Sales Managers, Club Managers, and Membership Consultants to join our launch team. This is your opportunity to be part of something from day one, helping build a strong member community and contributing to the club's growth and success.

With strong leadership, hands-on training, and a high-performance team environment, this role offers the perfect foundation for a long-term career in fitness sales.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive membership growth through outreach, phone calls, tours, and lead follow-up
  • Convert leads into loyal members through authentic, relationship-based sales
  • Support club operations including front desk, member care, and maintaining a vibrant club atmosphere
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and contribute to smooth club systems
  • Take pride in delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Exceed individual KPIs and contribute to team targets
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity
  • Collaborate with team members across multiple locations as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in sales (fitness, retail, hospitality highly regarded)
  • A natural ability to build rapport and communicate with confidence
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Strong organisation, reliability, and ability to self-manage
  • Tech and admin capability – you're confident with systems and CRMs
  • Resilience, energy, and a growth mindset
  • Availability for rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays

Essential Requirements

  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Must be 18 years or older
