About the role:

Support the Branch Manager with operations and the day-to-day running of the branch; oversee and supervise a team of trade and Industrial specialists, ensuring their success; maintain a safe workplace.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:

• Coach, develop, and support a small team of trade, sales & packing team members to reach their full potential

• Provide sales and service to trade, industrial & mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge

• Manage & resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely & professional manner

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.

Who we're looking for:

• Supervisory experience or ready to take the next step in your career

• Previous trade/industrial experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience (desirable)

• Experience building strong relationships with all customers; creating 'moments that matter'

• A solution-focussed problem-solver

• Sound computer skills

• Hold a valid driver's license
