As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Human Resources Team Lead to join our Administration team on a full-time basis and help shape a culture that supports our people, our members and our franchisees to thrive. Located in Osborne Park, the office is accessible to public transport, is within walking distance of parks, cafes, and onsite parking is available.

About the Role

As the Human Resources Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the HR team across a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our people strategy and leading HR initiatives that align with Pharmacy 777's values, strategic objectives and business goals.

This role is perfect for an energetic, motivated and experienced HR professional ready to step into a leadership position and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a national HR team, fostering a supportive and high-performing culture while driving growth
  • Oversee and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Support end to end recruitment activities including upload advertisements, scheduling interviews, reference checks, phone screening and interviews as needed
  • Provide expert advice to pharmacy owners and internal managers on employee relations, performance management and HR policy
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Assist with projects or initiatives such as performance reviews, the Intern recruitment program, and the review and development of policies and procedures,
  • Support workforce planning, talent development and retention strategies
  • Drive national intern growth and student engagement through relationship building and strategic initiatives
  • Initiate and support change management processes across the business
  • Drive HR projects and process improvements aligned with strategic priorities
  • Partner with owner, managers and stakeholders to build strong, effective teams within Pharmacies and Administration
  • Drive continuous improvement within HR service delivery spaces
About You

You're a proactive, experienced HR professional who is passionate about people and thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. You bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on capability, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • 5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior advisory role
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of current Employment Law, Fair Work obligations and Award interpretation and HR best practice
  • Experience in coaching leaders and resolving employee relations matters
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and discretion
  • Experience in using Microsoft Suite, predominantly SharePoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a similar service-based industry is desirable
  • Previous experience with internal recruitment is highly desired.
