As our workforce continues to grow, we're seeking a motivated and organised Human Resources Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our People & Culture function.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role is ideal for a recent HR graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll play an important role in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, supporting training compliance, and assisting with HR initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience.

What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within our HRIS (Employment Hero).
  • Prepare employment contracts, variations, and HR correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation documentation.
  • Coordinate training schedules, employee certifications, and record-keeping.
  • Support HR communications, events, and engagement initiatives across the business.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Employment Hero experience desirable).
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
