HDME Lawyers are looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic administration clerk to work part-time with our wills and estates team based in our Mount Waverley branch office.
HDME Lawyers is a dynamic boutique law firm. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer a top-tier quality approach in an environment that supports and develops our staff. HDME Lawyers act for businesses and companies of all sizes, individuals and charities.
We have purposefully built a practice, focused on specific areas of commercial and private practice, that allows us to provide the highest quality legal services to our clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need the following attributes:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional office administration experience
- Willingness to undertake training and development
- Be motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships
- A genuine desire to develop your legal administration skills, while supporting our busy legal practice
- Organisational skills and a desire to work as part of a team
- IT know-how and proficiency with MS office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Must have Australian work rights
